Our service fee covers application assistance, document verification, data entry, operational support, and customer care.
Refund eligibility depends on the stage of the application, as follows:

When Refund Cannot Be Processed
We cannot offer a refund only when:
- The application has already been submitted to the Government of India for processing.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method used during checkout.
