This is Our Contract
By accessing or using the Service — including by clicking a button or checking a box marked "Accept" (or similar) — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (this "Agreement"), as well as our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and any other terms that may apply to your specific order or activity. This Agreement applies to all visitors and users who interact with the Service, whether or not an account is created ("Users"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Service. If you continue to use the Service, you are entering into a legally binding agreement with us.
In this Agreement, "you" and "your" refer to each User. You understand and agree that IVC Visas is a private visa facilitation service provider and is not owned, operated, endorsed, or affiliated with the Government of India or any Indian Embassy, Consulate, or Immigration authority. Although we assist in preparing and submitting India e-Visa applications, we do not provide legal advice and we do not influence the outcome of any visa decision. All visa approvals, refusals, processing delays, and documentation requirements are solely determined by the Government of India.
All information and guidance provided by us — including via email, online chat, WhatsApp, and SMS — is for general informational support only and should not be considered legal or immigration advice. If you require legal or regulatory guidance for your specific circumstances, you should consult a qualified professional advisor.
By using our Service, you consent to receiving essential communications from us electronically, including email, SMS, WhatsApp, and system notifications, as necessary to process your application and deliver required documents. You acknowledge that electronic communications may involve risks associated with online transmission, which you voluntarily accept.
When you place an order with us, you are entering into a direct commercial relationship with IVC Consulting Services Pte. Ltd. for the visa facilitation services we provide.
Privacy and Security
Your privacy is important to us. By using the Service, you authorize us to collect, process, store, use, and share your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You do not acquire any ownership rights in our software, systems, content, trademarks, brand assets, or intellectual property.
You retain ownership of the personal information and data you provide. However, by submitting such data through our platform, you grant IVC Visas and our authorized service providers a worldwide license to store, format, transmit, review, and share that data exclusively for:
- Processing your visa application
- Communication with you
- Internal compliance and fraud prevention
- Legal obligations as required
Except as outlined in these Terms or in our Privacy Policy, we do not claim ownership of your personal data.
You may cancel or close your account at any time, subject to completion of any ongoing or submitted application. Upon termination, access to your account will cease. We may retain your data for compliance purposes, recordkeeping, dispute resolution, and internal policy requirements, in accordance with applicable laws.
